I recently got the Nasal-Pap Freestyle to replace the activa gel mask i was trying to use (i'm a stomach sleeping).

I have found with the new mask, it's harder to breathe out with the nasal-pap. the autopap is set to start at 6, and i was wondering if anybody had there's on lower than that to start with.
